Use the form below to send us your Lean & Six Sigma files for inclusion in our database. Please note that we will assess their relevance and quality before inclusion and cannot guarantee to use them. Your files should be of a standard format (e.g. .doc, .xls, .ppt, .pdf) and ideally editable so other people can use them. Large files are more difficult to send and include on the website so if possible restrict your files size to less than 2MB.
