When to book this seminar
Board and senior management Lean orientation training is aimed at providing management with the knowledge and tools to support Lean implementation within their organisation. It covers the cultural aspects of Lean, a working knowledge of the key tools and specific coaching on how to develop a support structure within their organisation in order to support Lean initiatives.
Course outline
The course is typically two days in length but can be adapted to suit your needs. It can be delivered in two consecutive action packed days on or off site or can be broken down in to shorter sessions as busy schedules allow.
The course is interactive with fun games and exercises designed to consolidate the learning points and stimulate thinking in how Lean could be used to derive benefits within your business.
Training is biased towards high level Lean planning tools such as Hoshin Kanri (strategy deployment), voice of customer, value stream mapping and converting ‘fuzzy’ needs and plans in to clear measurable goals. A copy of the course notes and a ‘Lean Orientation’ cirtificate are provided for each delegate.
