Dr David Cowburn BEng PhD DMS Tech IOSH

With over 25 years of running and managing businesses in telematics, automotive, engineering and security at Managing Director level, David has extensive experience of both commercial/sales and operational/production functions.

David specialises in leading and supporting organisations to implement lasting Lean cultures and practices and as a Six Sigma black belt, manages projects requiring in-depth analysis and data centric solutions.

His hands-on style enable him to advise or operate at both shop floor and board/management levels on a wide range of business issues and provides a high value added service to our clients. <cv>

John has a track record of profit and market position improvement through structured and methodical application of good business disciplines coupled with inspirational leadership.

He is quickly able to assess a situation and bring about improved performance by bringing focus to the critical issues, control of risk, people/team development and driving the change management process.
