Whether you are a manufacturing company or a service company, your processes are key to the smooth operation and profitability of your business.
A Lean workshop, otherwise known as a Kaizen event or ‘blitz’ event, will usually take 2 to 4 days, involve a multi-disciplined team of 3 to 10 people; including the process operators/supervisors, other relevant staff and aim to transform and make ‘lean’ troublesome or inefficient processes - the results are often staggering!
c4c personnel will lead and facilitate workshops for you and when training new facilitators will use these opportunities to coach and guide them in the facilitation process.
Workshops are tailored to suit your needs but usually involve some of the following; workplace organisation (5S), value stream mapping (VSM), ‘one piece’ balanced or lean workflow, rapid process or tool changeovers (SMED), total productive maintenance (TPM) and right first time (TQM, Poka Yoke).
Workshops tend to be fun stimulating and hard work!
